i seriously need to rant about this..

I HATE KINOKUNIYA PPL.
they are all bloody bitches, who totally dun have respect for anyone but themselves. even tho i have never met them before, a phone call from them is enough for anyone to detest them straight away.

now i know why some of my colleagues are having problems with them.

i will never ever buy any books from there again! !@#$%^&*
